I finally got around to installing my CTS 500k pots and wiring up my Ibanez GAX70. I'm still pretty new at this wiring stuff so I was releaved when I pluged it in and worked. I was sure I put all the wires back in there same spots but I guess not. The tone knobs work fine but when I turn the volume knobs down the volume stays the same and it sounds as if the tone knobs were turned halfway down also. Any idea what wires I could have crossed here?

I just got this in a trade a few weeks ago and I really dont need it anymore because someone gave me a Visual Sound Route 66. Shoot me an offer. The pedal is near perfect.

Anybody have any pics of PRS and Hamer neck joints? On the What your LP looks like thread everyone was talking about the different joints used, I was wondering if anyone had pics.

i've gotta little alligator volume pedal that i don't use. I bought it used and it works perfectly, but i don't really need it. I'm looking for $50, but might be willing to drop a few bucks. I'd also take a trade, I'm looking for a seth lover neck... maybe the pedal and some cash??

The coolest guitar I have ever seen is the Firebird, although I have never played one .

We all know that most of the guitars coming out of Korea are built in either the Samick or the Cort factory. Some companies even use an quot;squot; or a quot;cquot; in their serial # to denote which factory. Now, does anybody know if it works the same way with Japanese guitars. I remember reading something on Ibanezrules.com stating that one of the Japanese guitar factories is closing, forcing Ibanez and a few others to ship production to Korea. Does anybody know if this is true. Could, theoretically, a Japanese produced Ibanez have been built in the same factory as a Japanese made Fender or a Jackson or any other Jap made guitar? Does a company like Ibanez even have their own guitar builders? Or does everything get built in a Korean factory or an Japanese factory, both of which are also making guitars for other companies? This could influence any future purchases made by me.

I'm cutting back to one guitar so Tony's gotta go. Mint condition, only about 3-4 months old. These come stock with Grover tuners, and the acclaimed Gibson USA Tony Iommi Signature humbuckers. These pickups may be the quietest, clearest humbuckers I've played. Mahogany, rosewood fretboard with Mother of Pearl cross inlays up to the 12th fret. The neck is very nice - not too thin, not too thick. It's currently downtuned to C# with 11-52 strings for correct pitch for Snowblind, Into the Void, etc. I'm thinking $499 shipped CONUS.
