Bad weather and waiting on my CD to be done have made me a bit antsy. I decided to take a stab at Trowers - Day Of The Eagle, the tune that made me want to play guitar in the first place. This is not an attempt to nail the tone or play the parts correctly. I ain't much for doing covers but this is one I have wanted to learn for a long time. At some point I have a friend who is gonna toss on some vocals.

So what the F is a megaswitch, and what does it do that's so special?

Anyone know a good place to get a trem arm for a jackson JT-500 or JT-580 Trem? I dont see a parts list at the jackson website.

I have a full set of Classic stacks I would trade for just a couple neck/mid hot stacks or maybe lil59's.I recently put in a Custom Bridge and the output difference is just too much .These are white and thats what I'd like to find too.

I have a 335 with a dull and lifeless neck PU. I've been considering the Pearly Gates for a bit more treble, but I wanted to hear whether anyone have tried the Phat Cat in a semi? If so, what was your impressions?I play various pop, rock, funk, jazz, etc. styles and I'm a great fan of the early Grant Green tone that he got with his 330.

I prefer solid State dont know why but i played a few tubes and for some reason i didnt like them at all, but if i got my hands on a Mesa my god i want to play those so bad.

OK, I need to know what matters in the pickup magnet when swapping them out.
For example, imaging a pup magnet and looking at it as it would be in the pup, running with the logo laying flat, does it matter what end is top and which is bottom?

I have a Digitech Bad Monkey for sale or trade. Excellent condition, minus a few small paint chips. No issues - works perfectly. This is the USA Model with original box. This pedal sounds amazing. I like it much better than any TS I've played. I will take paypal for this, or I will trade it towards a pedal tuner like a Boss TU-2 or a reverb like an EHX Holy Grail.

Thought you guys might be interested in this. This weekend I tracked a pile of speaker clips for a speaker company called Scumbag from : localhost/(great story behind the name too), which are special treated and designed speakers to replicate the pre-rola Celestion line from the late 60's. These are much cheaper than the originals and the new Celestion Heritage line. So we tracked these new speakers along with the originals and a few other brands that are very british sounding. This is a blind test for the next 10 days, which after that time Jim who owns Scumbag will devulge that list. These speakers are built by Weber, but with proprietary treatment and build instructions to replicate the originals.
