Does anyone know if all 6 inline sets of Schaller locking tuners have staggered post heights? I think they do, but I'm looking at a set on Ebay and the seller is telling me that they aren't staggered in height. I think all Schaller 6IL models are staggered, and that he's just not looking close enough. It's not blatently obvious, you have to look pretty closely to see that the string hole sits a bit lower on three of the tuners. Before I bid, does anyone know for sure? I can't seem to find these anywhere, everyplace I've looked says that they're backordered, and probably won't be in for a while. Thanks.

I have a maple body guitar with maple neck and hum-sing-hum configuration. This guitar is much to bright and I am going to change all the pickups. Does anyone have any ideas on a pickup combination that would work for a classic rock to heavy rock sound?

i love my snappy sounding quacky deluxe strat w/ surfers, but i've been leaning toward a darker tone lately. Would graphite saddles darken the tone and help my surfers pull off a richer sound?

I already know the effect on the tone... Low height screws give a warmer tone and higher setting yield to a treblier tone. For the bridge I definetly prefer the quot;warmer settingquot; but I am not sure a bout the neck. All this thoughts came when I was setting my 59 neck and I just found pros and cons in both... I loved the tone anyway

a full shred trembucker in the bridge and a 59 in the neck?

I think that I've already read something about a pickup like this somewhere...
