Okay, in my Epi Les Paul my bridge tone pot is scratchy/ceased to work well. I have bought 250K pots and since i have JB in the bridge, I am going to switch the volume and tone pot of the bridge to 250Ks. I will leave the 500K pots for the neck volume and tone. Good idea? other suggestions?

Does anyone know which Duncan Designed's come in the new Squier Esprit?

So does anybody own a 6505 or has anyone played one? Iquot;m not happy with my JSX head and I'm thinking about trading for a 6505 or an XXX.I havn't got to play the 6505 yet, but I hear they are pretty sweet. I like the whole 3 channel thing that the JSX has as well as the XXX, but I understand that the 6505 has a footswitch-able crunch voiceing on the rythem channel .........If I turn off the crunch will I get a halfway clean sound? I dont use a clean channel very much at all, but I do use one for a few of the tunes my band plays. I guess I'm asking this: 1.) Is the clean channel acceptable? 2.) Is the rythem channel ok with crunch activated?

If you were trying to make a lot of people happy, would you concentrate on head/cab or combo versions of your amp(s)?

Ok, So my Laney VC 30 has EL83/4's in here ( forget wich one ) now, what will i have to do to the amp for her to take EL 34's?
Or is this just a stupid question?

I use a Hamer Duotone (with piezo) and a Hamer T-51F (with a Fishman bridge), now I run them acoustic trough a bassamp (just sold it). I am gassing for a SWR Strawberry blonde and a Mama Bear.

...for use with a neck bucker? Now, I will be using a fairly hot neck bucker so I need a pretty stout beidge pickup. I was thinking about a BG-1400 from the Custom Shop or maybe a Hot Tele Stack. Any advise?
