I ordered this up less than a week ago. Gibson claimed it would take 3 months minimum to get. My buddy from my local dealer called yesterday and said it was here! Go figure!

What are the differences between the two Strat pickups? They are both A2 and seem to be about the same output.

Well I have a set of texas specials in my 94 MIM tele...but lately they've started squealing and I don't like it at all. They never used to do that before! could they need to be repotted? and is it something I could do at home? I've seen some websites that show you how to do it yourself, and it doesn't seem especially difficult....but just wondering if it's something I should attempt....and if it'd fix the problem. Thanks for any advice guys!

I want to Distortion pedalfor Blues. I have Bad Monkey and love it. It works well for me to give anoverdrive tone. I tried out the Scremin Blues but I am not sure as i felt it was bit too bright? But maybe I did not give it too much a chance too. But after my experience with The Bad Monkey, I am thinking abouth the scremin blues. what would u guys recommend. I play classic rock and blues sometimes hard rock. My main guitar has a JB. and my other guitar is a strat copy, if that matters. I was kind of leaning to the Blues Driver, after listing to sound clipsI want a warmer tone.
