New Strat setup
Well, the black (alder) strat body is on it's way and this thing is going to need some new pickups. Let's say that this guitar was going to be taken along on a business trip for a few months and this one guitar should cover all the bases. I mean from classic rock to country to metal to blues to the Floyd. HH? HSH? SSS with some s/c sized buckers? Push/pulls are definately an option.

Les Paul cosmetics
I was planning on adding some double black replacement pickups to my butterscotch 68RI, but someone suggested removing the pickguard and going with zebra. So I made a little mock-up and, well, personally, I think I'm leaning towards the left, as it looks like a traditional LP custom - which do you prefer?.

Tube Screamer Times two
Do you guys run two TubeScreamers in series or whatever fuzz box to get the really cool overdrive stuff? Did SRV use multiple TubeScreamers? or do you just send the one you have to stratdeluxer?

If you have bought Megaswitch E model from stewmac
I just got the following email from stewmac about the problem with E model Megaswitch. I recently got three of them and none of them worked. I was about to give a call to return them but hey they are taking an action!

Volume pedals: Ernie Ball vs. Morely
I bought a Morley quot;Little Alligatorquot; a while ago because it's active, buffered and the adjustable minimum volume knob seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately, the taper is just too abrupt for me.
