Anyone tried one? I have a Highlander in my National Style O but it sounds like a tin can! I end up playing it through a microphone when I play out with it. Has anyone here tried one of the National Resolectrics with the P-90 pickup and the Highlander on the cone? Thanks! Lew

Hell all, I am NOT impressed with these tuners, they are Gibson Deluxe.

Does anybody know what this sounds like? I'm thinking of switching the magnets in my Alnico II Pro and my JB.

I just bought I Gibson BLueshawk!!!! The tone is awsome. The pickups are decent as soon as I can afford to I'll put new pups in. The feel of the neck is perfect, the veritone switch gives you tons of cool tones, and it looks so beautiful.

I have two strats. One with a JB and Jazz in it, the other with a Super Distortion and PAF. Ive always noticed the the Super D not as Thick as the JB but it is more crunchy than it. Someone on here before said that is wrong and I might have something wired wrong. Is he right or am i right? Also on my strat with the Super D I have original strat saddles while the strat with the JB set in it has the graph tech saddles which ive heard gives it a darker tone.

I have some Van Halen backingtracks, it's bass, drums etc. but no vocals. They only need the guitar over them. It's not some backingtracks I made myself, they were officially released on a cd with a book called quot;Jam with Van Halenquot; so I also have the notes/tabs to all songs (official note/tabs from Van Halen). Except for one song, which is quot;Running with the devilquot;, the backingtrack works, but my computer won't open the note file.

Does anyone have a good fretboad diagrams .jpeg or GIF or .pdf to show the basic flatted 5th blues scale on the whole fretboard. Lets say in E for simplicity. I could make one but it wouldn't look very good using black red and blue markers.

Does a cranked clean tube amp (Fender Hot Rod Deluxe for example) with an excellent distortion pedal sound better or equal to a regular Marshall, Mesa, etc.? Would it give you ample distortion and your own vibe because it's just plain different?
