i was wondering.....let 's say I want to buy a cheap guitar (400$-500$) and mod it.... would it be a good idea to buy a guitar which plays well but sucks at tone? or does it have to play well and sound decent? because after all I will be changing the pups and knobs etc.

On my 2100 slx amp I have a Recording Compensated and Direct Line output. I am planning to send the signal directly to my computer's sound card line in. I assume I'm supposed to use the Recording Compensated output. The output is the standard size, but the sound card's input is the headphone sized 1/8quot;.

Anyone know of a way I can control the amount of reverb via an expression pedal?

I just picked up a pretty cool Blues Jr. I haven`t removed the back panel to see what was going on back there and was wondering if a external speaker cab can be ran with it?

I was reading through the manual and it said to use it with quot;there power supply onlyquot;

Im selling an Ibanez gsa 20 electric guitar for $100 bucks plus shipping. Its black with 2 humbuckers. wich makes it a perfect rock guitar. Its in perfect condition except for a couple of niks in the finish and the minor scratches which can only be seen under light.
