Strings of choice??? Boutique???
What strings do you all use? I have been using Snake Oil strings for over a year and they seem to last a long time and play great. I notice how they tune up fast with little stretching and remain in good tune.

Pickups and Pedals For Sale! (with prices)
I live in Ontario Canada. Shipping might be a tiny bit more than it would cost to ship from one state to another, but not by much.

Combo Cab compatibility?
Allright, I've got my 80w Peavey Bandit sitting ontop of a Marshall 4x12. The speaker out on the bandit is min. 8 ohms and the Marshall is an 8 ohm box, so no problems there I guess.

my buddy just became a splawn dealer
a week ago i brought my purple splawn to our band room so my buddy mike, who runs the place, can check it out...this thing sounded so friggin good...plugged straight in...no effects...it sounded like fair warning on the OD2 channel and like quot;beautiful girlsquot; on OD1.

Bridge pins
Would replacing the bridge pins on my Martin affect my tone? What are the pros and cons of swtiching to brass or ebony bridge pins? (I'm assuming the bridge pins that came on my D15 are plastic, right?)

I lt;3 jackson custom shop graphics
Even though a lot of their designs are total cheese, I just can't get enough. My primary goal in my guitar endeavours is to have either black ghost flames, lightning sky, or a nebula(shown below) on one of my soloists in the near future. Could you imagine playing a stadium ballad with a nebula on your guitar, while singing about infinite nebulas? Ahhh yes the possibilities are endless...Actually I think nebulas are one of the most beautiful things visually, in this universe. Just do a google picture search for nebula, I love those pictures, so beautiful.

F/S Peavey Classic 30
I bought this tweed classic 30 from Spitzer's Music in Concord, California on 12/28/04 and watched the tech put new tubes in it. After playing w/ the amp for a good 3 months I stopped playing my electric at all. So it has been sitting in my closet untouched for the past 4 months. I sold my MIM Fat Strat yesterday to a friend and am now looking to unload this amp so I can buy a nice acoustic (D-15 is on my mind atm). Asking price is $400, obo, we can discuss shipping charges/pickup.

Pearly Gates or '59 Neck?
How would you describe the tonal differences btw these neck pups? They are going into an SG Standard with a '59 bridge...I can't hear a difference on the clips page.
I had heard that the '59 neck can be too boomy/bassy, not very articulate.
