How to place a secondary y axis bar in a bar chart next to, not over, two
primary y axis bars?

The only way I can think of is to make a new chart with the third y
axis, make it the same height as the original chart but slightly wider,
then set fill = transparent, then sit the transparent chart on top of
your original chart. Similar principles to making a speedometer chart.--
