Hello, I am currently making a budget report using excel. I wish to use
quot;commentsquot; to justify various expenses. I would like the option of
printing them and understand how to do that, however, when i do, Excel
puts quot;cell a5 - quot;commentquot;quot; instead of what was actually in the cell,
making referencing them very difficult.

Is there any way to change the cell name when printing comments?

But Debra Dalgleish has some code that copies the comments to another worksheet:

You could add as much as you want to that routine.
