The suit wrongly claims that neither Moser nor Moser Custom Shop has the right to build guitars involving Moser's own designs, including the Rich Bich, Moser 10, Genesis and Phoenix. The suit also wrongly claims that the “Spawn” amp; “Beastmaster” guitars infringe upon Kustom Musical Amplifications' trademarks. Neal Moser and Moser Custom Shop vigorously dispute the claims made by Kustom Musical Amplifications, and will pursue counterclaims against Kustom for its wrongs against Moser and Moser Custom Shop.

Ive got a JB in the bridge if my king v jackson.Awesome tone thru my mode 4,plus i detune to C,C# or D depending when i put my strings on and just play.Great tones for death metal stuff.Old S.O.D,Carcass,Dying Fetus,Cannibal etc...Ive got a stock jackson in the neck position but just recently found a TB4 that i was thinking about replacing the neck pickup with.I like soloing in the neck pickup so Im curious to see if anyone else has the TB4 in the bridge pickup.Im thinking about recording with the jackson the switching out to the TB4 to see the tone difference.

I'm selling a barely used Mexican Strat. Its black with a rosewood neck. It is in great shape, never left my room. It was merely a bedroom practice axe. For 280 you get the guitar, a hardshell case, and a strap. I need cash for my next project guitar so this baby has got to go. I'd also consider a trade if anyone would trade me for this with a set of antiquities or seths and like 25 bucks.
