I have an EXCELLENT condition JB/Custom Hybrid in Black/Standard Spacing I replaced with a Custom/59 Hybrid(my personal favorite) so it's up for grabs!
This pickup is one coil from a Custom 5 and one coil from a JB and an Alnico 5 magnet in it... it is the perfect tone between the JB and the Custom 5 combining the trademark mids of the JB with the tight bass and clear treble of the Custom 5!

How does Billy Gibbons get that tastey sound for the solo sections of quot;La Grangequot; (besides using a Mexican Peso as a pick and being Billy Gibbons)? I'm talking guitar, amp and everything in between.

Has anyone ever tried it? What does it sound like? There are no soundclips on the website Apparently it could be for me. A lot of mids, it seems quite tight... Anyone got experience with it?

i have a brand new ashville a model mandolin in vintage sunburst color. it has had a pro set-up once it came in thats all the time its been outta the box. i ordered it for a freind of mine, whom after it came in said he was having financial troubles and could no longer afford it. so i guess i'll try to move it here on the forum. this mandolin plays great and has great action, the sound quality is pretty good considering its a cheaper mandolin(nothing like an old gibson) but will be looking to get $90 plus actual shipping cost by carrier of your choice(usps 1st class will be around 7 to 10 dollars) comes with a 5 year warranty and i can sell you a case at wholesale also if you would like one. ($40 deluxe hardshell, list is $99, but the shipping will go up a few dollars) would also consider trades.

Ive been trying to figure out the live version of eruption by van halen(1994 ), but with little success. I was wondering if anybody here knows certain parts of it, or knows where i could get a tab for it. Thanks.
