Just removed a JB/Jazz set from a Gibson Les Paul Elegant. They sounded real good, but always thought the JB lacked a little clarity, while the Jazz lacked some warmth.

Vote on which you think would be a better buy. Both are considered Marshall in a box pedals.

I soldered in some new pickups (SH-2N and a TB-4) on my Jackson Kelly. The job is simple enough with no tone control.

Ok, title says it all. I figured I would give the trading post a try, and I do not plan on giving up. I want an HM strat, preferably pink (no I'm not gay) any pick-up configuration would work, but I like the single humbucker ones I have seen... I will offer money or trades of guitars and/or equipment.
Just hoping that this might point me in the right direction.

Anyone compare the two? On the sounds samples, the PATB-1 sounds 'bigger', but how does the output compare?.. or any other observations?

Do the 7-string Duncans sound exactly the same and have the exact same specs as the 6-string versions? I've got an SH-5 Custom 7 in my Schecter and love it. Thinking about a regular 6-string Custom for my Strat. Would sound and output level be the same?I know DiMarzio changed the output, DC resistance and tone guide a little for their 7s compared to their 6s. I'm not sure why they did that, but just wondering if Duncan did the same or not.

I bought this cab last friday, but I forgot to ask how many ohms the speaker runs at. Does anyone know (maybe it's standard for every Shiva cab)? I couldn't find anything at the Bogner site
