I just purchased 2 mini toggles to wire up some series/parallel/split options The toggles are ON/OFF/ON, and I should have purchased ON/ON/ON switches.
I checked the Duncan schematics and there is no reference to any ON/OFF/ON switches.

Does anyone have any tips/pics on how to lock down a start bridge and do away with the trem function?

While this might be considered spam, I wanted to let you guys know that I've got some pricing on the website and I'm working damn hard on a dumbly-channel switching blackface type amp. I know some of you need to kick in the gain, and I'm working on it. (got lots of emails on this)

Hey everyone, it's been ages since I've posted anything on this site. Just been really busy with school. I got a pretty nasty problem right now regarding my Peavey Ultra Plus head. A while ago my bassist in my band was playing through it before a show when the amp just suddenly turned off. We found out that 2 fuses had been blown and it appeared like a tube had been damaged (the top was a cloudy milky white while the others' were a metallic silver and the glass was clear) Today I replaced those fuses with new ones and replaced the first tube pair with the second tube pair (the amp can run on 4 or 2 at 120 watts or 60 watts). The amp seemed like it was fixed - it turned on. But there was no sound at all. One tube lit up but the second had no sign of power at all. Then after about a minute and a half of being on there was a loud pop and a large amount of smoke exited the amp. I traced the smoke back to one of the recently replaced fuses. Unfortunetly, I was quite stupid and touched one of the fuses while the amp was plugged in (it was not on luckily) and suffered a pretty nasty shock. So all in all it has left me with a very disconcerting situation and I would like to fix it. If anyone could help with this problem it would be greatly appreciated. I saved a long time to get this amp and it's getting absolutely no use. I'm just glad there's a forum like this to turn to with problems like these! Thanks in advance!!

I was playing around this afternoon and figured that I would try out that GT12ax7m that I just got for the Silvertone in my AD60H. Holy moly! I thought that the amp sounded good before with the JJ, it is head and shoulders above with the GT. I didn't think that it would make that drastic of a difference with a good quality tube in there already. I know that there can be subtle differences in various tubes with the shootout that I posted a couple of weeks ago. But this is a major change in tone. It is smoother, more depth, more complex. Wow, I'm going to have to get another one for the silvertone now because this one is staying in the Vox.

So I've been buggin some of you guys about a new amp. Well I settle on and now am the proud owner of a Hughes and Kettner Attax 100 head with midi module. I only payed 260 for it! Works perfectly fine however no footswitch so if you know where I can get one let me know. Here is my review of this amp.
