If anyone has a L'il '59 in their Tele could they tell me how it performs and what amount of gain or what amp it works best with and would a pot switch be necessary?

Anyone have, say a 30 sec long backing track as an mp3 we can each download, solo over, upload it and post a link? It would be interesting to hear what other people come up with as well as the different gear. I don't have any backing tracks right now, but someone here must!

I am thinking of ordering a guitar (strat model) with a Floyd trem and EVH D-tuna . also in the back there will be a tremsetter to keep the floyd in tune when the D-tuna is switched.Does anybody uses the same setup and what do you like/don´t like about it ????

I have never played P-90 pickups When would you choose a P-90 pickup over a SC's or HB's. My understanding that they generally have higher output.

My 97 LP Standard with stock pickups and the e string is basically over the edge of the pole piece. B string to some extent. Does it matter much??

So I went over to a buddy's house this past weekend and he asked me to re-string and give a basic set-up to his new Ibanez Artcore. Though I've never really worked on a Trapeze tailpiece before, I didn't assume too much was going to be different from working on a Tune-o-matic.
