New member/ single coil sized Pearly Gates?
Hi, I'm new here. I have a pair of Pearly Gates in my Love Rock amp; love them. I also have a Strat with a Tele 4 way switch amp; a pot to blend in the middle pickup with the 4 combinations offered by the switch. The Bridge amp; Neck are Fralin Blues Specials amp; the middle is a Little '59. I just saw where the Custom Shop here offers a Pearly Gates for Strat. Anybody try it, amp; if so how does it compare to the Little '59? I've never gotten anything through the CS before.

I think we need an invention like this..
I've been thinking for god knows how long now, that it would be great to have a system where instead of having to suffer the hastle of wiring a pickup in, if there was such a way you could just slot the pickup in. It would save so much time, effort etc. and you could swap back and fourth between pups to see how different the sound between pickups actually is.

Well, thank you!
So, after more than a YEAR of planning (sure it did take a long time...) I finally got my pups installed this last Thursday. And I'M DIGGING THEM! Way better than stock pups!

Godin Freeway Classic
I'm planning to buy this guitar in maybe 2 weeks or so. I have tried Godin LG and i loved it but the body wasn't to my liking. I like the strat body and the freeway classic is something i prefer more also with a maple fretboard. Any negative things i should know about before i purchase this guitar?

Charvel San Dimas
Anybody know which Charvels have the best investment potential? I heard that the 80's San Dimas with the Fender Strat type headstock are the ones to go after....Any idea on pricing and models?
