anybody got any experience with van zandt blues pickups for a strat? i have been thinking about these or fender fat 50's neck and middle, and a twangbanger at the bridge. i play blues/blues rock, and country if that helps.

Hi, I've got a Jap strat (rosewood, alder, vintage bridge, 250K pots) with a PAF Pro in the bridge. I'm wondering how would a 59B sound in there instead? Thank You

I'm looking for a pickup that is very near the A2P but without the spongy bass. Something that has a focused bass response of the '59 but not boomy or too loud low freqencies. Also I hate any upper mid spike, just a nice smooth lower mid growl or purr

I strung up my guitar from 9's to 12's (extreme difference I know), and I only have two screws behind the back plate that are securing the bridge, so the bridge is at a very high angle. Is this safe?
