mod to convert Crybaby to wah/volume pedal?
Does anyone know of a mod to convert my Crybaby wah to a wah and volume pedal (ie, with a switch to select wah or volume)?

I'm begging for help
I didn't get much help from my last thread so I would like to attack this a little differently.

Converting a tele to a tele gib
Hi guys, Im considering of replacing the current humbucker-routed bridge with the gibson bridge (like seymour's telegib). Just wondering will the screw holes of my current bridge be aligned with the gibson bridge or I would have to fill them up and redrill it?

Beautiful Les Paul
I have always loved the look of a flamed top Les Paul. As time went by, I started to realize that the most beautiful LP's were not the insanely flamed tops, but subtle flame models like the originals, with dark mineral streaks, faded looking finishes ect. Now browsing the LP forum I came upon this picture. It's an R8 Plaintop in a Lemon Drop finish. Possibly the most beautiful, non flamed guitar I have ever seen. I just had to share it with you all.
I agree. Sometimes flames aren't everything. That one is beautiful!

Theory
Do you think its easier to get a good sound from an LP than a strat? I noticed the other day that, at most settings, my mate's LP sounded great on my Bel Air. Though I prefer the clarity and treble of my strat, there was a lot more tweaking involved. Thoughts?

Jam Track
It's been a long time since I contributed a backing track...here's something I came up with a few days ago...something simple to solo over.

Pickups in general
Since no one wants to respond to my earlier question, I figured I'd try to start a little debate (which means you won't respond). Can anyone tell that much of a difference from pickup to pickup? Maybe some are wound a little more or are made from a different magnet, but isn't everyone just nitpicking a little bit? There's a difference from something on a $100 guitar and a $1000 guitar. This is obvious. I'm just saying, isn't a pickup is a pickup is a pickup when it all comes down to it? Is there anyone that believes that tone, while coming from a quality instrument, is mainly found in your fingers? Not your $10,000 setup? You know, playing with your soul instead of your wallet?

Killer Squier for sale
it's a Stagemaster Strat. dark blue. 22 fret. Licensed floyd, HSS. gig bag included. a few dings. just installed a F-Spaced JB in the bridge. the neck and mid have been upgraded to Fender pups. it sounds great, and plays REALLY nice! asking $150 ship. I just don't play it much any more, and I really want an Agile LP. I can send pics upon request. they're too big to fit on here, and I'm too lazy to resize them.
