Eye of the Beholder
Hey guys, I covered eye of the beholder. I programmed the drums and bass and played the guitar parts. If the guitar doesn't match up the timing with the drums, its because of my mismatching of the two parts. I could fix it or just take out the drums and there wont be any problems. Heres the link, enjoy:

I had today off so I went to Guitar Center to check out some Les Pauls.... but noticed a PRS McCarty with a rosewood neck(indian).. and fell in love.... and got a good deal. Body wood amp; neck wood?
I'm thinking of buying a new body and neck from Warmoth to replace the cheap Ibanez body and neck i have at the moment, its going to be HSH configuration and i'm going to be using all the existing hardware from the Ibby. Grover locking tuners, OFR, Distortion N amp; B pups and the Alnico II pro single etc.
What do you think would be a good body wood and neck wood (amp; fingerboard) to match the pickups. I already have an Ash strat with quilted maple top, maple neck with ebony fretboard and really like the sound of that. But i don't know if i want more of the same or to try something different.

What the correct way to Scallop Neck?
I've been working on this neck I got at a Pawn shop, and I decided to Scallop the thing. I did a fret job already, my first and it wasn't to bad, but now I've been sanding on this for weeks and it seems that the levelness that the frets did have, is exactly that. Did Have! So what do I do now? It was sweet before I started the Scallop. What he hell Happened? I appreciate any advice Thanks

Neck or Bridge for crunchy distortion and palm muting?
I just wanted your guys take on using the neck or bridge for these type of sounds and what you guys prefer. I like using my bridge for more crunchier, defined, tighter palm muting. The neck works too, its more for a thicker sound, it may be just my settings and gear, but there's just less crunch there.
