so everybodys always talking about how putting an A5 in a distortion gives you a JB and such, but what about putting an A5 in an invader? would it be like a JB with a kick to the nuts? what differences would there be from a JB (mainly EQ is what i wanna know). cause my invader isnt really what im lookin for, and im trying to look for alternatives to forking over the cash for a new pickup

So, how does a noise gate work? Do they change the tone of a guitar much? Can you recomend a good one?

There was a thread started yesterday about comparing SG to Explorer. I want to expand on that and ask how Les Paul (magagony w/ maple cap), SG, Explorer, and Flying V compare to each other. I mean tone-wise - if they all had the same pickups. Which model has better sustain?

The second pic is a shot of the inside of the back.The glue had desintegrated so bad that the braces came of with a harsh stare.What I'm pointing to is the wrong way to center support a top or back.
