Can someone please enlighten me on this amp: Fender Deluxe Amp
There is old Fender amp at the local guitar shop, I couldn't read anything on it that would really help me out with the details on it.

Are Gamp;L Legacy and Fender Stratocaster PICKGUARDS the same?
If I had a Gamp;L Legacy and I were given a pre-wired Fender Stratocaster pickguard, will I be able to chuck it on?

strange problem with dual rec.
ever since i got my dual rectifier off ebay a few months back, it's been smooth sailing. when i was home in good ol' detroit this weekend to play a show, my amp just wasn't sounding right. the thickness of the tone was gone, and the bottom end seemed to be almost completely absent (and no, the settings weren't messed with).
so when i got back to the house the next day, i plugged her in, and still noticed the same problems with the tone coming out of the speakers. and after about 5 minutes of playing, there came a nice high-pitched, ear-splitting squeal out of the amp. right away i figured it could be preamp tubes, but unlike any other tube-realted problems i've had in the past, the sound from the guitar would completely cut out when the amp started squealing.

Crazy Train Cover V-amp Test
I've been wanting to run my new Behringer V-Amp through its paces to see what kind of recorded tones I could get out of it, so I threw together a quick Ozzy cover to try it out.

So i am thinking of building my own 2x15 guitar cab...
..and i was thinking of something that is 33quot; tall by 30quot; wide and 15quot; deep. One of the reasons i was thinking of a 2x15 is i might be buying a Baritone conversion neck , and also i am interested in what a 15 would sound like with my guitar.

Modded ADA MP1 Clip
Hey guys...Here's a quick medley clip of three different guitars going into the same patch on my modded MP1. I gotta say that my recording setup is *still* pretto ghetto and there's some added high end/fizz that's in there (but wasn't while playing). One of these day's I'll get a decent recording setup going The timing is off and is something I'm *trying* to work on, haha...

quot;weekly amp reviewsquot;......what do you all think?
Since it's no great secret I'm an amp tech, I started thinking I might go ahead and review some of the gear I get in to be repaired... I honestly get to play through some of the absolute finest new and vintage amps made...

LSR roller nuts?
I'm sick of having to get a nut recut every 2 years or so and then dealing with the problems changing string guages so I'm looking at getting an LSR roller nut. My only problem is I've played a few guitars with LSR roller nuts than have ZERO sustain... and I've played a few that are just fine. Someone told me once that the zero-sustain issue is a result of poor installation and that a pro installation should be fine.

Another action thread: the norms?
Well I always thought that 1mm was just... normal action. Well I know it's low, but I thought that with some TLC all guitars can achieve that without any buzz. Apparently 1 mm is EXTREMELY low... Point is, it's what I'm used to. Anything over 2mm is unplayable for me

JB amp; Jazz combination.
Yeah, I've been thinking about getting the JB amp; Jazz set, I'm just wondering if it would be good for hard rock, and different types of metal. quot;Classicquot; metal like Judas Priest and newer styles. The reason of my doubt is the Jazz pickup I must admit..Just the name quot;Jazzquot; makes me wonder if it's capable of being quot;brutalquot; enough for hard rock and metal ;-)

Any thoughts on my les paul?
Hello, I am new here, but to get straight to the point, I have a gibson les paul standard, with an aluminum tailpiece, and seth lover humbuckers. It doesn't seem to have very much of a mid section, anyone care to tell me why?
