I'm sick of having to get a nut recut every 2 years or so and then dealing with the problems changing string guages so I'm looking at getting an LSR roller nut. My only problem is I've played a few guitars with LSR roller nuts than have ZERO sustain... and I've played a few that are just fine. Someone told me once that the zero-sustain issue is a result of poor installation and that a pro installation should be fine.

What do you guys think?

I have an LSR on my strat, installed it myself, and haven't noticed any difference in sustain between it and my Schecter. I like it so far .

I had mine professionally installed in my MIM strat, it helps with tuning, takes gauge changes without a problem, and i have noticed aboslutly no loss in sustain

Rock On

Mkay... anyone had a BAD experience?

I have installed probally like 10 of them. I have had no problems what-so-ever. I love them!!
