how can I get a screenshot of a page in excel to put into word?

Press print screen on your keyboard and then go into word and paste in the
picture. Resize if needed.

If you just want a picture of a range of cells, select the range then SHIFT
Edit and Copy Picture.

If you have several screens showing, you can get a picture of just the
active screen by using Alt Print Screen
