Hi ,
please i want to find out how i can create a command on a worksheet to sort
out data without necessarily having to go the the toolbar to do this? Please
help as its quite urgent.

then assign a button to the macro(forms toolbar,Button, draw button on
sheet)--

How about an alternative?
Debra Dalgliesh has some code that allows you to click an invisible rectangle
floating over that column's header to sort by that column.
