I just updated a group of users from Excel XP (2002) to Excel 2003, current
service patch. They are running into an issue with Subtotals:
Multilevel subtotals are in the wrong position.
Example. I sort a worksheet by three levels using Datagt;Sort, then subtotal
three times using Datagt;Subtotal, the same fields used to sort, the sum
function and do not have the Replace Current Subtotals box checked. On the
previous version of Excel the subtotals were then nested in the correct
order, on the new version some are and some aren’t, the ones that aren’t have
their first total in the second level.Thanx
