Has anyone here ordered any gear from these guys? If you have any experience with music123.com, good or bad, please share...

I was messing with this quot;Guv'norquot; pedal that I built off of JD Sleep's Guitar Gadget website...This pedal sounded amazing upon completion a few days ago and after some added tweaks..Today I plugged first straight into my Marshall,then my BF Pro Reverb,and things just don't sound too inspiring to me today?I then plugged into the pedal and things went from bad to worse(Weird).. Probably just male menopause or mid life crisis or something huh?

I just saw a bunch going at less than 10USD each at the guitar shop where I live. wonder if they're good for a run.

can anyone recommend a good tech? website?

I've seen some stuff about the JC120.
Bascially my questions are:

How much different will the C-5 sound in a guitar with 250K pots than one with 500K pots? I'm really loveing the sound of my Texas Specials in position 4, and I'm wondering how the C-5 would go in the bridge. Would it over power them? Would the 250k pots take out some of the brightness/Icepick?

for anyone whose ordered their body painted by warmoth, about how long did it take from when you placed your order till you received it?

I just noticed that they both use a Boss DS-1. Satch with his Marshall and Vai with his Carvin. Do they use stock DS-1's or modded? And if they are modded, who modded them? I'm thinking of just buying a Fender Hot Rod and running a distortion pedal through it, along with a bunch of other pedals. And if these two gentleman get their distortion via a stomp box, then I'd like to look into that instead of throwing down big bils for a Mesa.

Hello Everyone,I am new to the site,I think its great.I currently have busrtbuckers in the guitar and I hate them.I play through a marshall.My influences are zakk,randy,eddie,and warren demartini.I know tone is subjective,but please help me the best you can.I am looking for a pickup set that would help me acheive these tones.I love zakks fat chugg,clear yet heavy.I don't want to go active,what are your suggestions?I did look at tone chart and i am torn between the custom,and distortion.Thanks for your help

Alright...Just realized this. My Schecter with tonepros TOM/stringthru is getting some ringing overtones (quite loudly, too) from the G string behind the saddle. Anyone know how to get rid of it? I'm thnking of just taping foam back there or something, but that ain't too professional looking.
