I'm new to duncan,
As i've said, i'm new to duncan pups. I'm thinking to throw a pair of duncan pups into my Epiphone Flying V 67 reissue which is made of Alder. and I'm looking for some good 80's heavy metal sound, whatever lead or rythm.
i heard that the Duncan Distortion and the Invader could do the job on the bridge, which one will be better? and any suggestion for the neck pups?

WTT: My 100w Ampeg Super Rocket Guitar Combo For...
Just looking for something different... i'm the original owner of this baby... it sounds great and it's actually still under the warantee... recently replaced the speakers, got a new Celestion Vintage 30 and a new Eminence Private Jack speaker... it has two channels, reverb, and tremolo... a little road rash but the diamond blue tolex still looks great... I also have a matching 4X12 cabinet for it as well if you're interested... no crate or peavy type stuff... i bought it stright from ampeg for $1200 new...

Learn me how to tap!!
Yes.. I need you to show me how to do taps properly. I've tried but I can't do it properly, so maybe you can tell me a bit about it, show me a site or whatever you might think can help me.

roccaforte bastard review
i picked up a roccaforte bastard (boost pedal) 1 button true bypass no knobs in a plain mxr style box. it hits the front end of your amp hard i am not sure how many db of boost but it works awesome and i paid only $68.00 for it!!!!!!!!!!! works better with my marshall than my soldano . it gives you more sustain cool feedback if needed, it makes the tone a little fatter but it doesn't color your tone . really a cool pedal that you can leave on all the time .

Opinions on Gamp;L Tribute S-500
I just got done playing one of these at the neighborhood music store and had them hold it for me. Good Strat amp; Tele tones and also seems to be made pretty well. Swamp Ash body with natural clear gloss finish. Any opinions? How well do they hold up? If anyone owns or has owned one, I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks...Joe

Cool Rails and Mini Mass
At band rehersal yesterday , We were playing and during a solo my high E got caught under the lip of the middle cool rail on my Warmoth.
Are the new ones supposed to eliminte this? Granted it was the first time in over 2 years! and it made a really cool sound.

Custom Custom Blues .. !?!
I'm a blues player, and I'ver been using Alnico II Pro's in a LP through a '53 Deluxe with a Celestion Alnico Blue speaker in it. I like the sound pretty well, given that I put a lot of money into really quality stuff, it *should* sound nice.
