i have a warmoth strat, and it now is ready to be completed. i have never done the wiring on anything before, and i have never soldered at all. but i am the only one i trust to do it. is it unreasonable to go about it myself? unless someone has a good reason not to, im gonna go ahead and do it. but before i do, i need some help. like as in, what is the easiest way to do it, what supplies do i need to complete it, etc. also, if anyone has any good resources, that would be appreciated. thanks.

i just got my first telecaster and am blown away by the tone and feel. In lots of spots on the neck, i can command a clean, pure waily bend with the right touch, it's just really rewarding. It's a 70's one, the custom telecaster with the humbucker in the neck.

I am getting ready for my strat re-PUPPING. I've decided on the APS1's for neck and mid. What bridge full size HB would your recommend between the APH1 or the CC for getting close to that Dave Navarro Janes Addiction sound?

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone knew the model number of Jackson Floyd nuts? I've only ever seen the R2 or R4 for sale, but they differ in width. I'm looking for a nut thats 1 11/16ths wide, but also, with a lower height, as the R4 is too high (its .275quot;, and i need a .225quot;)? I think i need an R8, but i don't even know where to get it.
does anybody else know what i'm talking about?
