How do the arms stay in the different models of bridges that they sell?
Some look like they just push in, but there is nothing to hold them in/

i'm trying to setup my MIM strat, and having some issues. I have always taken my strat to a guy to get it set up. I don't have any problems with guitars with a fixed bridge (my LP) but I'm just NOT GETTING THE STRAT RIGHT. the trem is really causing me problems for some reason.

I prefer Sperzels in GOLD but I will take them in black as well, I am also open to other brands, but would prefer Sperzel.

I have four mid line ibanez RG's and a Jackson SL2. They play great but sound like crap. I have three EVH Wolfgangs that sound awesome, warm amp; thick. I tried many different pickups in the ibanez and Jackson guitars - a Seymore Ducan JB amp; Custom Custom, a Dimarzio Evolution, Super Distortion, Tone Zone and X2n and they all sound like crap. The Tone Zone sounds like low gain crap . The is a mid treble nasaly sound the sounds just terrible with all of these pickups (or is it the guitars???). What do I need to do to make them sound good?

Hey guys. I've been looking for something that would get me in the neighbourhood of recent ZZ Top and Van Halen esque tones with my Morris head, which is similar to a hotrodded JTM 45/Bassman. Anyway, I took the advice I was given here and installed a '59b in the bridge position of my SG. It really nails the type of tone I've been after for a long time. It twangs when I want it to, sings when I want it to, growls and snarls when I want it to. Perfect! Thanks guys!

I've heard good things bout this pup...and I got a strat with a hole in it where there should be a pickup...so I'm wantin to give it a whirl .

Do all Fender amps have the same clean tones? Which Fender has the best and brightest cleans? DR, DRRI, HR, HRD, SR, PR, TR, Bassman,...etc?

I just bought a bunch of different Eminence speakers to test and see what combination I like. I noticed the Governor sounds a little lifeless compared to my V30 speaker. I dont like the high mid spike thing on the V30 so I will go with the Eminence. Will the governor get more life in it like the v30 thats a year old. Apples and oranges or does the speaker get more liveley with age and wear? Anyone have before/after clips of any speakers especially Eminence?

I have a 4 x 12 I'm putting new speakers in and using thicker gauge wire, ect. and I was wondering if the input jacks on the back of the cab should be replaced? Will it help the tone? The cab wasn't top of the line when I bought it so it could be a cheaper jack.
