I am trying to place a picture (a country flag) behind some cells to indicate
which country is reporting the numbers. When choosing quot;Format picturequot; I am
setting the color to quot;washoutquot;. Then I am chossing quot;send picture to backquot; in
order to make the numbers in the cell visible, but this does not work. I am
using Excel 2003. Than you for helping.
