I know what I want to do but I don't know how to do it.

I have a cell with a drop down list and I need the cell next to it to be
able to tell which word I pick and then enter a correct number for that
particular word.

Example

A3 - Restaurant, Mini-Warehouse, Etc
B2 - $500,000
B3 needs to say if A3 says Mini-Warehouse @ B2 equals $.22

Is this possible?????
