Hi
I am using XL 2002 SP3
I have a spreadsheet showing the totals of each days production of several
products,
each product appears several times in the spreadsheet.
I need to work with just the total of each product so I have done a sub
totals operation.
I now have the spreadsheet showing only the total of each product, how can I
copy this to a new spreadsheet without taking all the background data into
the new spreadsheet.
thanks
Highlight the desired region you wish to copy;
Press F5, Special-Button, then check Visible Cells Only; OK
Copy and Paste to whereever you want..
That should do it..
