I'm soon to order a Warmouth and am wondering what tuners you guys recommend? I'm going for a hardtail strat and want tuning stability and easy, quick restringing, oh and they need to come in black also.

Some Quick Questions
What do staggered pole pieces do? and for most of the single coil Duncans it says available RW/RP, what is that? And it says, available in calibrated sets with a RW/RP middle, if you were getting it for the middle pickup, is that what you'd get?

Crybaby amp; real bypass question
Hey guys... I'm kind of confused by the info provided by the dunlop website. Some seem to have an automatic bypass, others a manual... others none... could someone please bring light into that?

VH
This was a lot of fun!! I kept it pretty vanilla since I doubled the whole thing. Thanks for checking it out.... The VH1 I have is actually an album so I was pretty much going from memory on most of it.

Need opinions on splitting my hummers
Hey forum, I posted some earlier threads on my beginers interest of different combos of SD humbuckers for my Epi LP Standard. At that point i had no idea what splitting pickups 'really' meant, but i have been somewhat educated now on the process and effect thanks to the sickest group of people out there, SD User Forum . Anyways i am searching for a tone that would give me a real warm meaty sound for rythm playing but with a lot of bite and energy, while i could have the option of a screamin Stevie Ray bluesy solo tone but not so raw sounding somewhere in between SRV and Clapton's strat tone. I have decided that splitting would be the best option for this. My choice in Pickups at this point in time are a AP2 in the bridge, and a Seth Lover Neck. I don't really know if this is the best call though. My question is what pickups in what positions would be best? And what pick ups give that strat tone im looking for when split?
Any conversation on my tonal dispute will help as i am in the learning process and need guidance desperately. thanks again for the time.

Guitar Styles: The Cure, Love amp; Rockets, etc.
Anyone into the guitarists from these bands (Robert Smith/Cure, Daniel Ash/Lamp;R/Bauhaus) or other punk/gothic slingers? I'm firmly from the Beano/Page classic rock school, but sometimes you need a different flavor, and I love the atmospherics these guys create with their guitars. Sometimes just playing a few notes with some effects can sound HUGE. Check out Daniel Ash, (especially if you are a fan or early Pink Floyd). I also love Dave Navarro's early stuff with Jane's Addiction and he always said that his biggest influences were Jimi, Page...and Daniel Ash.

Fender pups and my SSl-3
Hi guys,
I have aquired a cheapo Fender Strat as a backup for stage - the previous owner had removed the Jap. pups and added USA Fender ones in to it - I have removed the bridge pup and placed an SSL-3 in there - at first I noticed the 'between' setting with the neihbouring middle pup was ok. but the SSL-3 was weak (nasal and thin) so I reversed its wires and now it is sh$t hot as it should be. However the same between position (SSl-3 with the middle pup) is now out-of phase - the sound is really tinny - if I reverse the middle pup wires will my SSL-3 be then out-of phase again? - or the neck Pup?
