as some of you know i'm not a huge marshall fan but the DSL100 wasn't bad when i tried it and was one of the high gain models i kinda like and would consider owning.
well, now marshall goes and builds this limited edition 1/2 stack in silver. call me a sucker for the looks but it's damn tempting now...

I've got a Boss TR-2, Boss Chorus, Boss DD3, and american woman overdrive that Im willing to part with, any body have any stuff to trade?

Ok so who has the pro's and con's of both, other than the fact that the xxx has 3 channels. I'm sort of torn between the two, but I havn't played the NEW 6505 yet. THanx!

I was playing guitar last night and sitting close to my amp. I was playing high up on the fretboard, and I started noticing this quiet second note under the notes I was playing. It was a very faint lower octive of whatever note I played. What is this? It only happened when I was using distortion. I was plugged straight into the amp. Anyone ever experience this?

I've just been on the fernandes website, looking at their guitars with the sustainer pup. the thing is combined on the ravelle and the monterey with a JB and is suposed to act as a normal pup when the sustainer is desactivated.

Hey folks, got a FRED in the test axe and liking it - it's what I wanted the Demon to be, whereas the demon was a bit shrill. What I like about the FRED is that clean it sparkles, you can play clean all day amp; it is just gorgeous.

I took some still images of all my guitars then added a sound clip of each guitar, and the pickup in it. Combined em all together into a video kinda thing.

Has anyone tried the Hot pickups for Telecaster? I know that hotter pickups can sometimes tame a guitar that sounds too bright. My Ash Tele clone is just that - very bright-sounding, almost painfully so, even with the A2Pro pups. So I'm seeking advice on the STL-2/STR-2 Hot Tele pickups - has anyone tried them? And to what result?
