I see Scott's method in the Vault. My JV strat has tuners with a hole in the tuner posts, like the tuner post is bored out and the end of the tuner is slotted. I wish I had a pic of it to post, but, I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. Do you guys purely use Scott's method and ignore starting with the string inside the tuner post? Or do you cut off the tag end and tuck it into the hole after the first turn?

Best comfortable/ergonomic guitar shape?
What do you think is the most comfortable and ergonomic guitar shape? Don't think about how it sounds just the shape of the guitar/bass.

Oh my. That's beautiful. (56K Be Ye Warned)
Someone posted a link to a Bigsby-related mod site at IoN's '51 board and I found these pics there. I just had to post them, because this is one of the coolest guitars I've ever seen:

Which Amp Modeller?
Hey guys, I was at band practice tonight and I got thinking I might want to look into a POD or similar modeller. It should have good sounding amp models that can go from sparkly clean to all out metal, maybe a few effects, and be a great recording tool. I'm guessing the PODxt is a good start? Any other suggestions? Oh and state price if you can.

Not Another Wiring Question????
Well, I FINALLY got it in... My Lil 59 was in the maiilbox waiting on me... I drove to the nearest city with music stores (1hr drive) and only one of them had a 500K Push-Pull pot.... At any rate, I have the operating room prepared, and the iron is HOT... But I have a few questions.....

MESA/Boogie Rectoverb ftsw jack
All of you rectoverb owners might be able to identify with this... The multi-pin cable that connects my rectoverb's 3-button footswitch to the multi-pin jack on the back of the head doesn't attach itself very strongly to the footswitch. It's ALWAYS falling out and doesn't seem to want to stick in there, yannow?

Warped pickguard
The pickguard on my DiPinto Mach IV doesn't sit perfectly flat against the guitar in certain spots. It isn't too noticeable, but I know it's there and I'd like to try to fix it. Any advice is appreciated.

OK, so I've got a Mesa/boogie traditional-sized 4X12, and its served its purpose very well for the past few years, but lately I've been wanting to change around a few things with my setup.
