Sure there is. Use FORMAT -gt; CELLS -gt; TIME and select the military time
format you want.

You can Custom format a cell as hhmm, so it will show 2250. However, you
still cannot enter it as 2250; you'll have to enter 22:50

If you're not looking to use code, an old trick is to use quot;AutoCorrectquot;.

lt;Toolsgt; lt;AutoCorrectgt;
In quot;Replacequot;, enter quot; .. quot; (2 periods / decimals) - (no quotes),
In the quot;Withquot; box, enter the colon quot; : quot; (no quotes).

You'll find that this is extremely easy for entering times, especially if
you're versed in ten key.
