I need a formula that will give a text answer. I have the following, but
does not work. =IF(B70=0.01,quot;of Dev. Costquot;),IF(B70=0.05,quot;of Equityquot;)

Assuming that B70 can only be 0.01 or 0.05=IF(B70=0.01,quot;of Dev. Costquot;,quot;of Equityquot;)

=IF(B70=0.01,quot;of Dev. Cost,IF(B70=0.05,quot;of Equityquot;,quot;of something
