Hi all,

We are having an issue with excel files becoming protected out of the
blue. We create files using a template from another user. The
template contains macros and links to other documents. We are able to
work within the file and save to it for a couple of days and then poof,
it becomes unusable because the worksheets become protected. We do not
know the password because the creator has left the company and we don't
have any way of contacting them. Is there a function key or maybe
keystrokes which would enable the protection feature? We are at a lost
and it's only happening to a few documents. We use the template
frequently and most of the documents are working fine. I really would
appreciate any help/advice on this issue. Thanks!--
Seng
