i have the stadard excel worksheet up , now in line A i have prices all the
way downfrom 1 to 1000 all diferent prices. now i want to add a persentage
to each of these price value, with out having to do one at a time , how do i
do this?
enter in cell b2 =a1*1.15 (for a 15% increase)
and copy the cell all the way down to row 1000. You can click on the cell
after entering the formula and then click and hold on the little black square
in the lower right hand corner of the highlighted cell and pull the mouse
cursor all the way down to row 1000 to copy the formula.

Enter your increase in a blank cell, e.g., to increase by 6%, enter
1.06
in a blank cell. Copy the cell. Select the prices to change. Choose
Edit/Paste Special, selecting the Values and Multiply radio buttons.
Click OK.
