This is the formula that I am using which works very well. =IF(E2=0,quot;
quot;,(VLOOKUP(E2,Worcester,2,FALSE))). I have a range named WORCESTER for
looking up the answer that I need.
This is fine if the text in cell E2 DOES =Worcester. BUT, cell E2 will
sometimes =Portsmouth so I just edit my formula, which is not ideal. How can
I extend the formula so that it uses a different lookup range depending on
what is in cell E2?
Does this make sense?

If I understand your question. This should work:=IF(E2=quot;Worcesterquot;,(VLOOKUP(E2,Worcester,2,FALSE)) ,if(E2=quot;Portsmouthquot;,
VLOOKUP(E2,Portsmouth,2,FALSE)),quot;quot;).
