Is there any way where I can use Mouse quot;rollerquot; the center rollball to
scroll the Horizontal Scrollbar instead of using mouse to click and drag it

only thing I can think of is to click on the scrollwheelthis places an
icon on the screen, then place the mouse curser to the left or right of
the scroll icon--

Depends on the mouse design. Recent ones from Microsoft have a tilt scroll
wheel for horizontal scroll. Others may have same feature. If your scroll
wheel does not tilt, then it does not.
