I have to create a mailing list and I would like to know which tool is
better to that application ????

I would say Access that way you will be able to query it so you only
show certain records depending on other variables shuch as only showing
a list of males instead of always having a big list of details in a
table.--

If you need data enry forms and reporting then i would choose ACCESS
handsdown..
This site has a list of tutorials to get you used to how to use Access.
