Good Morning,

I have to create a mailing list and I would like to know which tool is
better to that application ????

Thank you very much,

Vanessa

I would say Access that way you will be able to query it so you only
show certain records depending on other variables shuch as only showing
a list of males instead of always having a big list of details in a
table.--

View this thread: www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=539225If you decide to use excel, I'd use MSWord to generate the labels/envelopes.

Here are a couple of links:
www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/mailmerg.htm
www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MailMerge

The first is from David McRitchie and the second is by Beth Melton and Dave
Rado.
