I have a large list of data, example shown here;Code:

WB0101821-0050539279080

--------------------....the list goes on. How can I group this data by M/C, Parts, Batch
and then total up the Qty? So the list would end up as follows;Code:
--------------------

M/C PARTS BATCH QTY
WB0101810-11004392528114
WB0101821-0050539220232
WB0101821-00505392789229
WB0101821-00505392790124

--------------------The data above has been group and a total produced....Any ideas how I can do this? TIA--

You can add subtotals through Menu: Data, Subtotals

Once input you can shrink / expand the data using the amp; - signs on the
left of the sheet. (clicking on the 1 or 2 etc at the top of the left side
does this also)
