I'd like to have several pie charts on one sheet and I cannot figure out how
to do that!

Instead of a pie chart as a standalone chart sheet, make your pie chart as a
chart object in a worksheet. If you don't want it on a sheet with data on
it, insert a blank worksheet first, then place your chart on this blank
sheet. To do this, in step 4 of the Chart Wizard, select the As Object In
option, and select the blank sheet from the dropdown. Fix up the pie chart
the way you like it (size, colors, etc.), and move it to an appropriate
position in the sheet. While moving and sizing the chart, you can make it
stick to cell boundaries by holding ALT while dragging the mouse.

Now, make a copy of the pie chart. One easy way is to hold CTRL, then drag
the chart to the new location. CTRL leaves the original in place and moves a
copy to the new position. Select the new chart, and use Source Data from the
Chart menu to change the data displayed in the chart.
