I am trying to set up a timetable spreadsheet that will allow users to enter
the time as 4 digits and then Excel converts this automatically to the
correct time: for example 1630 would be 16:30. It would make the data entry
so much quicker than having to enter the colon every time. Can this be done
please?
Chip Pearson has some code that may help you:
cpearson.com/excel/DateTimeEntry.htm
If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:
www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm
