Can anyone suggest me, how to go to a specific cell, when i hit the TAB
Key.

still holding ctrl down and select format cell,protection,and untick the
locked box,release ctrl,go to tools,protection,protect sheet,when you press
tab the curor will jump to the nearest unlocked cell.
