Hey guys. I have recently purchased a Dean Evo XM as a beater/throw around/college guitar. But now I have grown to like it a lot.

help in choosing pickups
Hi all, I need help. I know very little, if any, about pickups. I want to replace me Ibanez S470dDXQM pickups (humbuckers in the neck and bridge and a single in the middle) with duncan's. Which one should I select?. I play blues and old rock, and what else should I take in consideration in replacing the pickups.
I will greatly appreciate your advice.

Selling my Splawn Quick Rod and matching Splawn 4x12 cabinet...
Im pretty sad to have to do this, but I just lost my job and can't afford to keep my expensive rig and still make car payments and insurance, especially when my band is on hiatus... Anyways im hoping to sell them both together without needing to ship them because its such a pain to ship 4x12 cabs! I would however be happy to meet the buyer somewhere, i dont mind a bit of a drive. I live in Nevada City which is about an hour and fifteen from Sacramento. The head and cab are in PERFECT condition and have never left my house in the two or so months i have owned them. The head and cab are black with silver trim. They sound fantastic! The cab has the Splawn recommended Eminence X-pattern Red Coat speakers. Hands down the best cabinet i have ever used, thats no joke. Before this cab, i never realized how important a well constructed cab is. The Coolest thing of all is that this was the VERY FIRST QUICK ROD SHIPPED WITH THE CLEAN CHANNEL EQ!!! Scott Splawn told me this when i received the head. Anyways, check out pictures and info on and feel free to ask me any questions or give your best offer.

Connecting Monitor Speaker To Amp
Hi, my brother has a small Zoom brand 35watt amp and he wants to connect a speaker to it as a monitor. The only output jack is the headphone jack socket. If he plugs headphones in, it sounds great, but if he plugs a speaker into the headphone socket, it comes through muddy.

more Warmoth fun
So, Someone posted a Steve Lukather video clip on another website and I totally dig the tone of his EMG's 85/SLV/SLV (I've always been a fan of the 85), so I have GAS for these.....ahh, but I need a guitar in which to put them. SO I was playing with Warmoth ideas again.
