I'm getting a 1980 Gibson E/2 in about a month (The Mahogany/Walnut) version. It's used and apparently the previous owner thought it was a good idea to put an X2N at the bridge and an Invader at the neck.

For everybody with a pink Duncan pickup, could you take a picture for me? I want to see what type of pink it really is.

I dug up a couple old threads, but wondered if any new info has surfaced.

Hey guys, a pickup trade that was supposed to happen (my EMG 81/60 for SD JB/Jazz) Isn't quite happening anymore.. instead I would be trading for a JB/'59 set.

There is a banzai fireball 2 pedal on ebay at the moment and i want it but i dont wanna pay more than its worth second hand. Can someone tell me what they're worth new in the states please cos i could just get one new maybe if the price isnt that different. Also what would you pay second hand for a good one?

I called Rio Grande pickups today to get info on the BBQ. They said that the spacing would be perfect for my Gibson. I have a trembucker in there now and it fits perfect. They said that a trembucker would not fit right. My buddy has a 70s model LP and it lines up with regular spaced pickups. I know the Gibson pups are in between. I asked Rio pickups if I could use a Gibson cover and they said no. Whats the deal? If trembuckers line up great in my 1994 LP classic then will the BBQ?
