Please post a sample of your VLOOKUP formula.

Thanks for the response. My formula was a very basic one. I just couldn't
see the column index number on the right side of the range as usually. I hate
to count the columns. My co-worker helped me figured out. She asked me to
check Tool/ Add-in, then select Look-up Wisard / click Ok. And the Column
index number came back!
